We our proud of our staff many of whom have been team members for many years originating in the village.
At the tender age of 7, Chris Simons had his first experience of the sausage manufacturing business during the school holidays, and following his graduation from University, went on to work for blue chip companies such as Hazlewood Foods before joining his father Roger back in the family business.
Today he owns and runs the business and has done since 2009. Injecting his experiences of many years in the industry to make Broad Oak Farm the successful family business it is today, based on family values of quality and service whilst ensuring innovative ideas and structure is in place for the next generation of Simons.
