Pork (85%), Water, Rusk (Wheat Flour [contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Salt, Raising Agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate), Potato Starch, Salt, Wheat Flour [contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Spices, Stabiliser (Pentasodium Triphosphate), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservative (Sodium Nitrite), Flavouring (Garlic Extract), Colours (Annatto, Caramelised Sugar). Filled into Beef Protein Sausage Casings.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed the “use by” date.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before use and cook within 24 hours. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.

Cooking Guidelines

Remove from the packaging. Place the hot dogs in a suitable pan and cover with water. Bring water to the boil, reduce heat and allow the hot dogs to simmer for approximately 8-10 minutes. This product must be fully cooked before consuming. Ensure the hot dogs are piping hot throughout before serving.
