Now in our third generation of the Simons family our family traditions are key to our success, from our humble beginnings in the 1920’s through to today and the next generation.
Did you know our sausages were served on the luxury liner Queen Mary and served in many high class establishments. Nowadays products are made in our state of the art factory and supplied to supermarkets, independent shops through to foodservice companies, often directly into schools and fine dining restaurants.
Where ever possible we endeavour to source our products locally by using local farms as well as seasoning companies based in Essex. In our ale sausages we use a local award winning brewery at Saffron Walden. Sourcing pork from freedom foods and welfare aware farms such as Dingley Dell
Our factory has many accreditations expected to provide a range of product to our customers with lab testing facilities on site.
Our van sales operation delivers through Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire around the London basin as well as through out Essex
