Our hams are available whole or pre-sliced, packed under vacuum or in a modified atmosphere.

From humble beginnings in the 1920s Broad Oak Farm Sausage Company has come to manufacture quality fare for many of the major retailers, many independent sites throughout the country and even markets its products as far afield as Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore.
The Simons’ family first became associated with the business when in 1966 Reg Simons, the accomplished village butcher, purchased the sausage factory. His son Roger took over the business and made significant developments over the years including relocating to a purpose built factory within the village. The business is now run by Roger’s son, Christopher who continues to grow and develop the company. Christopher has expanded the business over the border into Suffolk through the acquisition of two sausage, bacon and ham producers. The Suffolk companies have amalgamated to form The Taste of Suffolk.
So today we have two fully accredited factories, a fleet of vehicles, 80 employees and an ever growing range of products available.
